Juicy Alligator Healthy Smoothie Recipe
2 cups water (adjust as needed)
1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
5-6 frozen strawberries
1-2 bananas (can also be frozen)
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1-2 tablespoons ground flax seed
2 cups spinach
1 head/heart romaine lettuce
1/4 cauliflower
1 tomato
1-2 carrots
Blend and drink. If you do not have a large blender, you might have to cut in half the amount of ingredients used. Experiment, and enjoy!
If possible, you should shoot for organic ingredients. Wash 'em up good!
