I enjoyed that although I am sure there are a number of United executives who had sense of humor failure when they saw that.

By the way, I do a marketing blog and I used this video and the exposure it has gotten as an example of why customer service is so important.

I probably will not be blogging much any time soon--I'm back in the classroom this year, and Kate is my first priority--that leaves very little time for blogging. :( I sure miss hangin' out online keeping up with everyone's blog, but the time I've spent with Kate instead has been priceless...
