I'm not back--well not completely...  I miss blogging and all my bloggin' buddies, but it has been nice to have the extra hour or three that I used to spend on the computer every day to do things with Kate and all the family that has been visiting.  One. more. visitor. to. go.  Scott's (real) dad is in town (more on that later)--we just had Grandma and Papa for a month--his sister for a week and one of my best buds for a 6 days (are ya kiddin' me?)  Any advice on how to make the desert look less attractive during the winter months--send it my way!   Happy spring...

Hey I wanted to send you an email earlier this month but could not find your address! I an totally glad to hear from you! Just cook really bad food or burn it and they might all go away! ;)

I don't have any suggestions for discouraging visits, I say just take advantage of it. Let the guests help clean, cook and take care of Katie. If you can't get rid of them, you might as well enjoy them. It is always nice to hear from you.

Hi Nicole,
Really good to hear from you. Thank you for your kind words to me about my grandpa. It meant a lot to me. On deserts, I never really liked my cookies or cakes not baked long enough. There's nothing like eating a raw cookie. Take good care! Happy Spring to you too. :-)

I suppose a blogging hiatus would have it's perks! No advice on the desert, we've got sunshine and palm trees most days, it pretty much sells itself too. Happy Spring. :)
