Are you eating the way you should? Do you have youthful skin and a healthy weight? The more colorful your diet is, the more likely you answered yes. If you are eating a good variety of colors of foods, you are probably getting an extra boost of antioxidants. Antioxidants are good—they decrease damage to your cells and even prevent heart disease. What colors are you looking for? Oranges, reds, blues, purples, greens, yellows—you get the point!
